Smashfund Social Crowdfunding Review
After nearly six months of hype, SmashFund is live. Is it a scam or a promising money-making platform?
Its creator, Rob Towles, claims you can make a whopping $64.000 A MONTH using Smashfund’s platform. The idea behind SmashFund is simple – merge the best of social networks and crowdfunding platforms to create the most promising affiliate network on the planet. Sounds good, maybe too good to be true. The question is, does SmashFund work?
How To Become A Member Of Smashfund?
- First of all, to become a member of this, so called, social network you must reside in the U.S. or Canada. SmashFund is NOT available in any other countries.
- Second, you must provide your basic details and an invite code. Note you don’t have to be a member to register for an invite code.
So, you fill in the details and decide to press ‘continue’. As opposed to most social networks that provide free membership, here you must enter your credit card details. Even members who joined for free during the teaser campaign until the official launch of the platform in July had to enter their credit card details.
After the launch of SmashFund, to become an affiliate member you must pay $149 a month.
This sounds like a lot of money. Nothing to worry about, cause Mr Towles has a solution.
How Can You Make Money With Smashfund?
Smashfund’s ‘revolutionary’ Revenue Share Programs is basically a network promotion. To earn $50 dollar commission you must personally invite other people to join the network. You also get $4 per affiliate members who appear in your network but you didn’t invite them personally.
Mr Towles earning formula is simple – refer five of your friends to Smashfund, who will in turn fund your project idea. Plus, if those five friends invite their five friends, you get a pyramid shaped network of 25 members.
In total $3.725. But you’re an ambitious ‘Onlinepreneur‘ whose goal is $64.000 per month. All you have to do is invite 1280 people – personally!
What Does Smashfund Promote?
The more people invest a hefty $149 a month, the more you earn. To break even you must find at least three persons willing to promote Smashfund’s product and that’s it.
What is The Smashfund Product?
Oh, that’s a good point. The answer is:
- Hot Air
- Empty Promises
- Send In Your Hands (LOL)
- Nothing really!
Just a promise aimed at naïve people, daydreaming about making six figure income without investing any serious effort. The most unbelievable Smashfund’s promise is its main bug at the same time. All you have to do is subscribe and you will earn up to $64.000 every month.
It doesn’t matter whether you have a project to be crowdfunded or a great idea that will help thousands.
What you don’t see is how this could be possible, when there is no crowdfunding platform to start with.
Is Smashfund A Scam?
Well, I want YOU to be the judge. Watch the video below, made by an ‘early bird member‘ of Smashfund…it speaks for itself:
Conclusion To My Smashfund Review:
Mr. Towles claims Smashfund is the only crowdfunding platform that shares up to 80% of company revenue with its users. Apparently so? There are no valid proofs to confirm this is the case. At best, not yet.
At the moment, Smashfund is far from a functional social network mixed with elements of crowdfunding platform. On the other hand, it’s too early for definitive verdicts. After all, it’s been online for a couple of weeks only.
Either way, if I were you, I’d think twice before allowing them to charge your credit card. This model resembles typical pyramid schemes where only people at the top make money, at least as long as there’s money flowing into in the pyramid scheme.
That’s it for today, folks. There is just one more thing I have to say, before you leave. Making money online, from the comfort of your home, is possible. However, there is NOTHING out there that will make you rich overnight, or any significant amount without any knowledge and the willingness to work.
If you are interested, I can show you the path I took. That doesn’t mean that this will be for you, but you can take a look, at least, and decide for yourself. Click the link below, and check it out.
